Falafel is the Mediterranean’s best-known meat-free classic, and it lives or dies on freshness. Ours is built from seasoned chickpeas with herbs and spice, shaped and dropped into hot oil only when the order comes in, so it reaches the table crisp-shelled and steaming rather than soft and oily.
The falafel dinner turns that into a full plate: several pieces of falafel with seasoned rice, lemon-roasted potatoes, Greek salad, warm pita and tzatziki on the side.
