About Our Cheeseburger

Our cheeseburger is not an afterthought. The patty is seasoned and cooked on the same char-grill we use for souvlaki, which means it picks up the same smoky edge instead of the flat taste of a flat-top burger.

Melted cheese goes on while the patty is still hot, then it is built into a toasted bun with crisp lettuce, tomato and onion. Add fries on the side, or ask for tzatziki instead of the usual sauces for a Greek twist on a North American classic. Cooking over an open grill lets the fat drip and flare, which is where that unmistakable barbecue char comes from. It is a small difference in method that makes a large difference in flavour, and it is why our burger tastes like it came off a grill rather than out of a pan.
